We are glad you found us on the web and would love for you to come to visit us in The Great Northern Catskill Mountains! We opened The Catskill Mountain Country Store in 1994. We started in the town of Windham, NY with a small store where we sold local crafts, fresh produce, gourmet foods, and baked goods made from Pop Pop Siegfried’s recipes (Natasha’s Great Grandpop). We purchased the Windham Garden Center in 1995 and added our own garden center, looking zoo, and walking paths. Then in 2000, we built an addition for our restaurant. We have been serving the best breakfast and lunch in New York, maybe… the USA since then!

In 2014 we had a remarkable opportunity to purchase a building and open a second store in Tannersville, NY. After eight years we have sadly decided to consolidate our two stores, in the Windham location, and sell our building in Tannersville, NY. It has been extremely special to be part of the Tannersville community for the past eight years. Thank you for supporting us.

We are now focusing on our Windham, NY location and our online sales. Drew and Natasha are building a new Maple Sugar House, and our farm animal rescue has new friends that are now calling The Catskill Mountain Country Store home.

Stop by for breakfast or lunch or buy a great gift. Try our homemade, jams, jellies, baked goods, pies, sodas, and the list goes on!! Play on Toris and Rips Pirate Ship, walk the gardens, shop in our greenhouse, and say “hello” to the animals. This has been a wonderful journey shared by our three children, Sydney, Augustus, and Victoria. Come visit and take a piece of the country that we call home!
